1. Prepare Your Data:

  • Spreadsheet:

    Avoid including any other contact information (name, company, etc.) in the spreadsheet to prevent updates to existing contacts. 

2. Import the List:

  • Navigate to Contacts: In your HubSpot account, go to CRM > Contacts. 

  • Start Import: Click "Import" in the upper right corner. 

  • Choose File: Select "File from computer" and upload your spreadsheet.
