      Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all users in your HubSpot Portal

      We recommend 2FA be turned on for security. This forces all users to use 2FA to enter the account.

      • In your HubSpot account, go to Settings
      • Navigate to Account Defaults > Security
      • Select the Require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) checkbox
