Resending Customer Portal Invite

Resending a HubSpot Customer Portal invite to a contact who is either having trouble logging in, hasn't accepted it, or hasn't registered yet

  1. In HubSpot, navigate to Content > Memberships
    Memberships HubSpot
  2. Click the appropriate access group to see the members
  3. Hover over the contact record and click the 'resend invite email' button:
