Prospecting Agent
A Prospecting Agent helps build a sales pipeline by researching prospects and executing personalised outreach strategies. It can monitor for buying signals and draft emails based on CRM context.
How to set up a Prospecting Agent
1. Access this under Sales > Prospecting Agent (or within the Sales Workspace and Target Accounts app)

2. Add a name to this Agent
3. Add your website URL in order to auto populate fields in the Agent settings


4. Set who the send-from user is:

5. Add CTAs you'd like the Agent to use in the outreach

6. Set your voice, ideally, you've already set up a brand voice you can use here:

7. Review and Create selling profile
8. Set your default Prospecting Agent:

Enrolling Contacts

Manual enrolment:
1. Search for the contacts you'd like to enrol. You can select and enrol up to 25 contacts at once.

- Alternatively, you can enrol contacts when you are on a Contact View:

2. Next, choose the Agent (if you have multiple) and set outreach type

You can also manually unerol a record:
Automated enrollments
1. Select automated

2. Update the ruleset you'd like to use:

- Triggered by a form submission:

- Triggered by a Segment membership

3. Enable Automation
4. Just like with Workflows, you have the option to enrol existing records who meet the criteria:

Using this in a Workflow
If you want more flexibility or more options for enrolment criteria, use a Workflow.
1. Set up your criteria as you normally would in a Workflow
2. Choose this action

3. Set up your ruleset

The key is to add as much information as possible to these settings—such as Identity, Tone, and Selling information—so the AI can provide valuable, on-brand output.
